ACCESSIBILITY

THE GREAT ROOM - Wheelchair access is available via Guest Lifts located in the hotel lobby via the Main Entrance on Park Street. Lift access to the Great Room is restricted to the hotel guests therefore the lift will be operated by a member of Grosvenor House security team to access the Great Room Balcony and Lower Ground Floor

BALLROOM - Wheelchair Access is available via the entrance located next to the main Ballroom Entrance on Park Lane.

Accessible facilities are located near the lifts in the main lobby, on both levels of the Great Room and the Ballroom

Upon Arrival the welcoming team will provide assistance if required.

Any vehicles can drop guests off (black cabs, Ubers, private vehicles, etc.), however at the end of the evening only black cabs are permitted onsite. Any other vehicles will need to collect guests from the  parking lot for collection next to 'Pins & Needles / UK Bungee Club'  ( a 4 minute walk from the venue ).
