Association Partner
UK Music is an industry-funded body, established in October 2008, to represent the collective interests of the recorded, published and live arms of the British music industry. Through collective representation, UK Music promotes the interests of record labels and music publishers (major and independent), songwriters, composers, lyricists, musicians, managers, producers, promoters, venues and collection societies. Through member engagement we ensure a collective voice across the sector is identified. Through lobbying we ensure that voice is heard.
Association Partner
The Association of Independent Music (‘AIM’) is the trade body created by and for the UK’s independent recorded music community, providing a collective voice for this vibrant, entrepreneurial sector. AIM represents over 800 businesses from self-releasing artists and micro-labels to the largest and most well-respected global record labels. AIM represents and promotes its members globally and provides a range of services, enabling members to grow, grasp new opportunities and break into new markets, empowering and strengthening the sector. Representation, diversity and inclusion are inherent to all of AIM’s activities and is proud to be part of the Music Week ‘Women in Music Award'.
