Negla Abdela is the Head of Digital at Ministry of Sound overseeing the strategy and execution of all digital campaigns across the label’s roster including multi-platinum selling singles from Sigala, SAINt JHN and Marshmello and chart topping albums and singles from London Grammar, Regard, Paul Woolford & Diplo, Doja Cat, Tate Mcrae and more. She joined Ministry over 5 years ago as a social media manager for the brand and club but quickly moved over to recordings to establish the label’s first digital team. Negla started her career in the marketing team at Island records where she worked across a varied domestic and international roster dominated by global artists such as Amy Winehouse, Jessie J, Taio Cruz, Jamie Cullum, Drake, The Weekend, Nicki Minaj, Childish Gambino and more.
