With 19 years in the music industry, Lisa has worked her way up the ranks becoming BMG’s Vice President of Creative UK while managing to be a devoted mother to two young children. She is committed to her craft and is leading the way for the next generation of female creatives within this competitive industry. Lisa works as a creative publishing executive who signs and works with a wide range of songwriters, proactively pitching their songs and setting up writing collaborations. Joining BMG in 2009, Lisa’s first signing was US writer David Gamson, who wrote US No 1 single ‘Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You)’ Kelly Clarkson.
Lisa signed Women In Music Award winning songwriter Kamille and played an instrumental role in Kamille achieving two consecutive No. 1 singles with 'I'll Be There' Jess Glynne and 'Solo' Clean Bandit ft Demi Lovato. Recently, Lisa was part of the collaboration between BMG published Lewis Capaldi and top songwriters/producers TMS which resulted in a US and UK No 1, Brit Award winning and Grammy nominated ‘Someone You Loved’ performed by Capaldi. The single has spent more weeks in the Official Singles Chart Top 10 than any other song ever by a British Act. Lisa signed production trio TMS to BMG’s publishing roster in 2016.
