I joined Warner Music in 1990 as one of their team of Sales Reps. Based in Brighton, I was responsible for sales and promotions at record stores and radio stations along the south coast. Around 4 years into my time at WMG, I moved into a National Account Management role, which at the time centred entirely around our physical business. With the launch of iTunes in the UK, I quickly transitioned into a purely digital role. My focus at that time was to integrate digital into our well-established physical business and ensure that we evolved the way that we worked to align with the rapidly changing market.

As music streaming became dominant, I took up a position in the Warner Music International Account Manager team, to build a central hub that would help to coordinate release plans across territories, whilst amplifying the global presence of our artists with our streaming partners. I returned to the UK Commercial Team in 2018 as VP Commercial, UK & Europe, to work alongside the London based Account Management Team as they looked to expand their responsibilities into a more European facing role.
