Owner of Deluxxe Management and Ideal Music Productions, Custodian and former Chair of the MMF UK, Diane’s career spans A&R, Artist, Producer and Studio management. She’s managed the international careers of numerous artists signing them to Major and Independent labels and run self-releasing artist businesses. Her roster has included No 1 Triple Platinum Album act, Scouting for Girls, Carla Marie Williams, Beth Orton, Republica, Mike Scott (The Waterboys), Rialto, Touriste, Lockdown Project and Sunhouse. Deluxxe currently manage Cortney Dixon, Diives and Ellie Moon.

A coach and mentor, she’s a member of the Musicians Health and Welfare Advisory Board at Help Musicians UK, guest lectures at Abbey Road Institute, sits on the Industry Advisory Panel at ICMP and presents the Creative Management module on their BA (Hons) Music Business and Entrepreneurship course. Earlier in her career, she was Director of record producer Tony Visconti’s (David Bowie, T.Rex, The Boomtown Rats) group of companies for five years and managed Visconti’s Good Earth Recording Studios (clients included Duran Duran, George Michael, the Stranglers). Diane started out in A&R at EMI Records before moving into artist management where she worked with Philip Lynott and Thin Lizzy - she has never recovered!
